Bengaluru is one of the fastest growing cities in India and also one of those charming cities in the world that has a blend of both tradition and modernity. There are huge sky rises on one side and beautiful green spaces on the other. There are several tourist attractions in the city which will leave a person mesmerized.

Here is a list of some famous landmarks that the city is proud of.
  • Bannerghatta National Park-Located 22 kilometers away from the city, it is one of the most prominent animal reserves in the country. It has 10 reserve forests within its boundaries and is a home to a discreet variety of fauna. The butterfly park here is one of its kinds. 
  • Wonderla -One of the most popular amusement parks in the country. Its located 40 kilometers from the city. There are several unique rides in the park. Includes both water and dry rides and also a resort has been opened. Wonderla is enjoyed by both young and old alike. 
  • Lalbagh -A wonderful place for naturalists. It is a botanical garden located in the heart of the city. It was commissioned by the Mysore ruler Hyder Ali. It is spread over an area of 240 acres. It stages over 1000 species of flowers and trees and a Glass house that is famous for the annual flower show. It is a famous garden and a place of interest in the city.
  • Ranganathittu Bird Sanctuary -A little far from the province i.e. 125 kilometers located in Mandya district it is a small and one of the foremost bird sanctuaries in the country. It is located on 6 islets. It is a home to many rare species of birds like Painted stork, Indian Shag, Asian Open Bill Stork, White Ibis, Herons etc.
Amazing isn’t it ? This city is a home to many other such wonders and landmarks. Bengaluru is one city which will never leave its visitors disappointed. There is always something new to discover here.
