Dance your blues away:
Have you been feeling

Dancing has been a stress buster for ages. It is a good tool to
create harmony between the body and mind. Moreover, you don’t need
to be a trained dancer, just put on your favorite music and dance as
if no one is watching.
“It enables the body to
experience different movements and re-discover long forgotten ones.
When the body is allowed to follow its own rhythm, the mind
instinctively picks up new movements. This creates a perfect
harmony,” opines dance instructor Natasha Agrawal.
So the next time you feel
low, just put on your dancing shoes and dance your blues away!
