Easy Skin Care for Monsoon


Monsoon is here! In this season our body naturally loses its resistance. As a result we become prone to infections like flu, common cold and also fever. Our skin is also affected due to this and we must take the right care of our skin in the monsoon season. So here are a few tips to keep your skin healthy and radiant looking:
  1. Cleansing the skin is very important; you must cleanse your skin three to four times a day with a non-foam face wash. 
     
  2. Bleaching and facial might be harmful in rains, so avoid them.

  3. Moisturize your skin with cotton pads soaked rose tonic to keep it fresh because rose water is a natural refresher.

  4. Drink adequate amount of water, 7-8 glasses each day even in rainy season.

  5. Those with sensitive skin should avoid artificial jewelry because; due to humidity your skin may break.
