Summer-Spring Home Décor Tips



So summer is finally here and it’s time to change your interior designs for a while. Letus take a quick tour so that you can be aware of what is new and exciting.

Living Room Décor:
Blue and White are the hues which are the current colour trends for your summer and spring home decor. The blue colour can range from Azure blue to Zaffre Blue this season. This season the looks could be a bit beachy but yet it has to be sophisticated with shimmering accents and with a touch of modernity. This trend is applicable from art as wall décor to cushions for your couch. The blue and white trend is applicable to your living room. Now throwing light on the bedroom decor, the summer-spring hues are Purple, Lilac, Grey, and White. The bedroom should have lots of texture. Having a wall painted with a deep colour accented with a huge iron black wall clock should work amazing. If you paint all the walls with the same colour then it would look a lot chaky. The suggested ways to decorate the other walls would be texture painting or textured wall paper of grey colour which goes really well if you choose purple, or you can choose any smoky colour. Add some deep night colour night stands next to your bed. The pillows and bedspreads are all recommended to have texture like embroidery, multimedia prints. Side table lamps with dim light or bulbs complete the smoky look of your bedroom.

Kitchen Décor:
Last but not the least, the most important place –The Kitchen. The kitchen can be designed with the colour of your choice but black and brown with white is recommended. As the kitchen would be having the classic look of black and white we add some crazy colours in the form of artificial flowers and completing the look.
