Try these Homemade exfoliates for a beautiful skin

With so much of pollution in and around the city, we have seen a noticeable rise in health issues in humans and animals. In fact pollution has taken a toll on the plants as well. The government has been trying its best and so are the activists to bring down the pollution level but it seems to take a longer time. But till then we’ll have to protect ourselves. We try not to inhale toxic air and not allow our people to use anything that is polluted. But what do we do about the inevitable (so called) problems pollutions cause to your external body?

Toxic particles and dust settles on the layer of your skin and makes it dull and lifeless. One of the best ways to prevent it is by covering your face while heading out. But not everyone has the time for it. So for people who have already had their dose of dust on skin, this is how you get rid of it- exfoliation. And no this does not mean heading to the parlour. Here are a few homemade scrubs that you can use to clean your skin.

1.The first scrub basically consists of ½ spoon sugar, ½ spoon water and ½ spoon lemon juice. Mix it all together and gently rub it over your skin. Wash in ten minutes.

2.Take a spoon of baking soda and add a few drops of lime juice in it. Scrub the resultant on your skin. It removes black heads and makes the skin glow.

3.Honey and crushed walnut make the best scrub ever. While honey lightens your skin, walnut powder removes all the intoxicants in your skin that make your skin look dull and lifeless.

So people, go to your kitchen and make a scrub because a healthy skin is a happy skin!
