An Easy Guide to Men’s Fragrance

Fragrance plays a vital role in determining your allure, especially in men. Its human tendency to notice something that smells good and we tend to get attracted to beautiful aroma irrespective of its source.

When it comes to the men, smell or fragrance matters. Every man must know the usage of aromas and colognes and stand out among others.

In this society where class and high status matters, our looks make an impact; and more importantly fragrance adds an aura of class to our looks. Recent studies have proven that among the male population between the ages 18-64 years, 23% of them use perfumes all the time while 11% use it sometimes. On the other hand, 37% never use perfumes at all. This sufficiently proves that most people do use perfumes to groom themselves.

How to select your perfumes or colognes?

The difference between colognes and perfumes is that, perfumes possess a strong smell but colognes smell mild and are less diluted. Selection of perfumes is not easy because the fragrance must match your looks and make you look more appealing. You must keep in mind that by just picking up a bottle and using it is not right. Appearance can be deceiving; of course with the appearance of the bottle alone you cannot decide on how you would smell four hours later. It’s better to choose the right perfume or deodorant that match your looks and don’t fade away.

Usage:-

Your perfume must make your presence felt. Since perfumes contain aromatic oils in more concentration it is used on the body in a small amount and in the right spots. Example: It must be applied on the pulse points like the inside of the wrist, the crook of your elbows, the back of your neck, behind your knees, and the inside of your ankles. Ensure you spray the perfume at each of these pulse points very light. Caution not to apply too much of perfume so that it makes way for an over-powering smell and repels people away from you.

Tips and Tricks:-
• Always store your perfume/ cologne in a cool and dark place; too much exposure to sunlight reduces its fragrance.
• Do not apply perfumes on your clothes, they fade away soon and leave a stain on your clothes
• Always choose the right fragrance that suits your looks.

Smell good and feel great!
