10 Delicious and healthy smoothie Recipes for your Kids

Smoothies can be a great idea for incorporating fruits and veggies into your kid’s diet. Here is a collection of a few interesting and tasty smoothie recipes which ensures that your kids are hooked onto a healthy diet. 

1.Strawberry oatmeal breakfast smoothie: It is rich, creamy and pink. In a blender, combine soy milk, strawberries, oats and banana. Add sugar and vanilla if desired, blend it smooth and pour it into glasses and serve. 

2.Green monster smoothie: Blend a hand full of spinach leaves, berries, bananas and vanilla yoghurt. It looks nasty but tastes really good. 

3.Salad smoothie: Blend of different fruits along with cucumber and carrot forming a beautiful medley. 

4.Gold medal smoothie: An interesting and winning combination of carrot and protein powder along with milk and sugar. 

5.Beet berry smoothie: Combine cooked beet, blue berries and soaked almonds in the blender. Blend well, add few drops of honey and serve.

7.Immune booster smoothie: This smoothie is a beautiful combination of kiwi, spinach and live yoghurt and filled with the goodness of vitamins and minerals. Just chop them and mishmash them all in a blender. 

8.Creamy water melon coconut smoothie: The texture is more like slushy or creamy. All you need is a cup of frozen chunks of seedless watermelon, coconut milk, a drop of maple syrup and vanilla extract. Blend it up and serve. 

9.Blue berry muffin green smoothie: The ingredients include vanilla extract, almond butter, a handful of baby spinach and coconut flakes. Blend it until smooth and its ready to serve.
