Simple recipes to make your own Ice cream at home
























Happy occasions are never complete without Ice Creams. Many of us have wished to make them at home for the very reason that it gives us the freedom to explore new flavors and exciting combinations along with adding that personal touch. These classic frozen treats are so much fun to make and delicious to eat. Give the recipes below a try. Have fun!


1. Vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce recipe: Whip the cream in a bowl. Add milkmaid and vanilla essence to it. Mix it well and freeze till it sets. Serve it with chocolate sauce.

2. Vegan chocolate ice cream: This recipe uses almonds and banana to imitate the creamy texture of Ice cream. It’s a dairy free version of chocolate and vanilla Ice creams and the procedure for preparation is similar.

3. One ingredient banana ice cream: The Banana is the star of this recipe. Cut ripe and soft bananas into slices and freeze them overnight. Blend these pieces in a food processor until the mixture turns into a soft Ice creamy texture. Garnish the mixture with chocolate chips, raisins and honey.

4. Simple strawberry: Blend a handful of sliced strawberries in a blender. Add this puree to a pre heated mixture of cream, milk and sugar in a sauce pan. Refrigerate the mixture. Blend it again with diced strawberries and freeze it at least for 2 hours before serving.

5. Easy cookies and cream crumble recipe: Crush few cookies and make sure to leave few large pieces. Combine cream, milk, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan and heat it until the sugar is completely dissolved. Freeze the mixture. Blend the mixture with frozen cookie pieces. Mix, garnish and serve.

6. Peanut butter ice cream: Combine peanut butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla and beat it until well combined. This ice cream will be soft in consistency. You can eat it right away or freeze it for later.

7. Pumpkin ice cream: Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in a large bowl. Blend them well. Stir in pecans and fold in ice cream. Spread this mixture over the cookies placed in a dish. Repeat layers. Freeze until firm and serve.

8. Sweet corn ice cream: Boil the corn kernels and blend them once it cools. Add corn puree to the saucepan and whisk two egg yolks and sugar into it. Cook it until it becomes thick. Press it hard and remove all the liquid through the sieve. Chill completely and add it to the ice cream maker. Follow the instructions and serve.
