Colds and flu are both
viral infections. However, they have different symptoms. With a cold

other breathing exercises not only relieves your cold and flu but
also builds in your resistance to cold and flu.
4.Drink herbal tea: Make
a tea with ginger, pepper, basil leaves and turmeric. Add a little
jaggery and drink it hot. These ingredients build up the heat in your
body and also help to decongest the nasal cavity.

hot soups: Drinking hot chicken soup will also do wonders to you
during the cold and flu season. If you are a vegetarian, go for
vegetable soup with a generous amount of pepper, ginger and garlic.

sprays are all said to give you relief from cold and flu.
7.Stay warm: Needless to
say, keep yourself warm. Also, don’t forget to cover your ears and
feet as you tend to feel colder if these areas are not covered.
