the time in the cubical shell working among people from different cultures.

work: A work well completed sure needs applause. Appreciate your employee in
front of the team. He feels cheered and assured that hard work is respected and

Oblige for leave:
Grant them leave when they are in dire circumstances as you know that he /she
is not lethargic in their work. This acts as a reminder to them, and they
perceive you as an understanding person and will not take undue advantage of
you.
Personal lives:
We don’t have to get personal in the real sense. If you notice that your
colleague is upset and troubled, you can help him out by talking about it and
letting his frustration out. This creates a trust and boosts one’s morale.
Colleagues are great friends to be. Share a good relation with them.
Welcoming
cubicle: Keep your cubicle pleasing that ticks happiness and excitement on
every day. Also, make sure that you still adhere to the company policy. Certain
small things imbibe high energy, See who you are and hang it there in your
cubicle. It serves as a great motivation for the start of the day.
The tea breaks:
The tea breaks are stress busters. Hang out with your colleagues and gossip
about movies, politics, etc. It will easily revive you for the next few hours.
It helps you focus and keeps you going.
Team outings:
Take your team out for a nice place and celebrate the results of a successful
venture at work. Point out each’s contribution and thereby how it led to team
work. They will work even better for your next venture.
