It is also witnessed that foods and cuisines have crossed borders in today’s date like Italian pizza is now very popular all over the world and also other dishes like Arabian Shawarma, English Fish and Chips, Japanese Sushi, Iranian Biryani, Turkish Kebabs are largely popular. 

Sides like Puree, Chutney, Jus, and Wine are also very popular. They tend to enhance the flavor of the dish and add a distinct value to it. Adding spirits to dishes is a good way of improving the flavor and texture. Spirits such as Wine, Whisky and Gin are popular. Wines like Gamay, Barbera, and Grenache go well with dishes like barbecued sardines, spicy sausages, lamb and beef roast and so much more. 

Thus, the eating habits all over the world have evolved and changed giving rise to some beautiful flavors and dishes that we all love.
