lemon and cayenne:
Chop the kale and spinach
leaves coarsely. Caramelize the onions. Cook Arborio rice with a
pinch of salt. After the rice is cooked add the kale, spinach leaves
and cook for ten more minutes with cayenne pepper. Blend all of them
into a puree along with the onion mixture. Add 1tbsp of lemon juice
and more of cayenne pepper if desired. Garnish each bowl of soup with
olive oil. Serve the same in bowls over rice and chickpeas for a
complete meal.
