Travelling is meditation. You forget yourself, your daily chores and routine and let yourself get lost in new places and people. For most of them, travelling is therapeutic. People feel refreshed to start up their work again after travelling and exploring. But there are some nuisances which have to be considered before you pack your bags and lose yourself. We bring to you some travel tips and advice which are simple to follow and will help you to savour a richer experience from your trip.
1.Wake up early: Yes, this is important when you are travelling. Waking up early gives you extra time to explore things and also experience some of the best things in life. For e.g.: a beautiful sunrise. 

2.Have patience: At some places, the pace of life is slow. Enjoy it! Having a calm and slow pace of life is a luxury nowadays. 

3.Be flexible: Missed your bus, don’t worry. There will be another one. Take such unplanned cut in your plans to explore new things. Sometimes this turns out to be life changing and best experiences in life. 
4.Try local food: Don’t stress too much on eating your staple food. Try out local food also. These foods have a story to tell you about the culture, geography and climate of the place. 

5.Splurge: It is always advisable to be cautious when spending and not to be too impulsive. But once in a while, you should splurge in your travel. It feels good to celebrate once in a while. 

6.Camera, charger, sunscreen, etc.: Yes carry your chargers and ensure your camera battery, phones and other gadgets are charged before you leave your hotel room. Also, take your sunscreen lotion, scarf, hat, sunglasses and the like when you travel.
7.Medicines: This is important. Carry your medicines while travelling. You never know when you might fall sick while moving and taking your medicines helps. 

8.Travel light: Don’t bring your house with you. Travel light. It saves drudgery and also a lot of time at the baggage counter. 

9.Don’t panic: You never have to panic in a new place. Be careful to travel safely and there is nothing else to worry about. 

10.Keep in touch with your family: Lastly, keep in contact with your family. You may be enjoying but back at home, your family members will be worried about your whereabouts. Call them regularly and let them know where you are and your future itinerary.
