Today, we get canned juices and also juices in tetra packs. But fresh juices are always preferred to these.

There are many benefits of drinking fresh juices. They can be made of citric fruits, pomegranate, apple, carrot, beetroot, greens, aloe vera, wheatgrass and so on.
